冷再生拌和機工作原理是配備一個裝有若干個硬質合金刀具的切削轉子，轉子旋轉時，向上切削泥土，在拌和罩內被切削下的泥土與撒布的緩凝水泥進行充分均勻地混合，見圖11。當工作深度一旦確定時，轉子的切削深度將由傳感器感應并傳達控制系統(tǒng)，從而保證拌和深度，達到拌和要求。在冷再生拌和機工作時，其行進速度為5~8m/min，同時配有專人跟機每隔15~20m檢查拌和深度，并配合再生機操作人員及時調整拌和深度，嚴禁出現(xiàn)拌和不到位的夾層現(xiàn)象。

The working principle of the cold recycling mixer is equipped with a cutting rotor equipped with several hard alloy cutting tools. When the cold recycling mixer is working, its traveling speed is 5-8m/min, and a dedicated person is assigned to follow the machine to check the mixing depth every 15-20 meters, and cooperate with the regeneration machine operator to adjust the mixing depth in a timely manner. It is strictly prohibited to have interlayer phenomena where the mixing is not in place.
