瀝青水泥撒布車常見故障及方法

Common faults and solutions of asphalt cement spreader

1.柴油機不能持續(xù)起動超過5秒鐘以上，不能連續(xù)啟動三次以上，三次不能起動應(yīng)檢查油路、電路。

2.柴油機不起動，不能對瀝青泵預(yù)熱。

5.離合器離、合過程中，拉動離合器手柄能使離合器可靠平穩(wěn)地分離和結(jié)合，不得有卡滯打滑現(xiàn)象。調(diào)整離合器分離杠桿與分離軸承的間隙可通過調(diào)整離合器軟軸拉線來實現(xiàn)。

瀝青進油管路中有空氣，可使瀝青泵運轉(zhuǎn)30秒鐘后排完空氣后吸油噴灑。
