冷再生技術(shù)在公路路面車(chē)輛行駛的作用下和自然因素的影響下,會(huì)發(fā)生很多公路病害,常見(jiàn)的有:坑槽、車(chē)轍、波浪、松散、沉陷、啃邊、翻漿等幾種。
Under the influence of road vehicles and natural factors, cold recycling technology will cause a lot of road diseases, such as pit, rut, wave, looseness, subsidence, edge gnawing, frost boiling and so on.
1、路面坑槽和車(chē)轍是各個(gè)季節(jié)中路面時(shí)常出現(xiàn)的現(xiàn)象,原因是除平時(shí)養(yǎng)護(hù)不夠,或路面鋪筑時(shí)操作質(zhì)量不好,經(jīng)過(guò)行車(chē)碾壓發(fā)生變形。這兩種情況出現(xiàn)時(shí),應(yīng)及時(shí)按工序處理。
1. Pavement pit and rutting are the common phenomena of pavement in various seasons. The reason is that the maintenance is not enough at ordinary times, or the operation quality of pavement paving is not good, and the deformation occurs after rolling by driving. When these two situations occur, they should be handled according to the working procedure in time.
2、路面波浪是由于路面鋪筑質(zhì)量不好,養(yǎng)護(hù)不善,在行車(chē)荷載作用下,產(chǎn)生有規(guī)則的起伏,形似"搓板",不但影響車(chē)速,而且加快車(chē)輛結(jié)構(gòu)厚度過(guò)薄,路面材料顆粒偏細(xì),粘結(jié)料不足,施工時(shí)拌和不均勻,碾壓不密實(shí)等情況都容易產(chǎn)生。
2. Pavement wave is due to poor pavement quality and poor maintenance. Under the action of driving load, it produces regular fluctuation, which is like "washboard". It not only affects the speed, but also speeds up the speed. The thickness of vehicle structure is too thin, the particles of pavement material are too fine, the binder is insufficient, the mixing is uneven during construction, and the rolling is not dense.
3、路面松散是在天氣干旱時(shí)發(fā)生,主要是由于鋪筑路面時(shí)粘土料含量少,塑性指數(shù)低,材料拌和與分布不均勻,碾壓不實(shí),或平時(shí)養(yǎng)護(hù)工作做得不夠造成的。此外,由于冰凍翻漿,經(jīng)和車(chē)碾壓,路面隆起開(kāi)裂也將形成松散。
3. Pavement looseness occurs when the weather is dry. It is mainly caused by less clay content, low plasticity index, uneven mixing and distribution of materials, poor compaction, or insufficient maintenance. In addition, due to frost boiling and rolling by truck, the road surface will become loose due to uplift and cracking.

4、沉陷是路基本身強(qiáng)度不足引起的,當(dāng)大型車(chē)輛行駛到路面上,如其強(qiáng)度不足就會(huì)出現(xiàn)坑槽,車(chē)轍既深且多,或破壞面積很大且深達(dá)基層;或路面沉陷過(guò)劇,路基翻漿嚴(yán)重等情況,須進(jìn)行局部或整段大修。
4. The subsidence is caused by the insufficient strength of the basic body of the road. When large vehicles drive on the road, if the strength is insufficient, there will be pits, deep and many ruts, or the damage area is large and deep to the base; or the road surface subsidence is too severe, and the subgrade frost boiling is serious, so it is necessary to carry out partial or whole section overhaul.
5、路面啃邊是由于養(yǎng)護(hù)不周,路肩缺土或路肩被水沖刷,車(chē)輛碾壓沉陷和沒(méi)及時(shí)填土養(yǎng)護(hù),經(jīng)車(chē)輛先靠邊行駛、碾壓造成的。出現(xiàn)啃邊后應(yīng)及時(shí)補(bǔ)救以免擴(kuò)大,否則將來(lái)既耗材又費(fèi)力。
5. The side gnawing of the road surface is caused by poor maintenance, lack of soil on the road shoulder or water erosion on the road shoulder, vehicle rolling subsidence and untimely filling maintenance, and the vehicle moving to the side first and rolling. In case of edge gnawing, it should be remedied in time to avoid expansion, otherwise it will be both consumable and laborious in the future.
6、公路路基翻漿的形成是因公路大多都建在靠近農(nóng)村和團(tuán)場(chǎng)的農(nóng)田地帶,就是不靠農(nóng)田的公路,農(nóng)田冬季灌溉滲入路基底部,隨著毛細(xì)水的上升,路基土層受水浸透而凍結(jié)。待春暖化凍時(shí),路基土層內(nèi)的水由上而下化解,化解的水繼續(xù)向下滲透,如果路基土層屬于透水性良好的材料,對(duì)路面不會(huì)產(chǎn)生在太大的影響,但在鹽堿地帶的路基,如果材料的透水性不好,在行車(chē)反復(fù)碾壓下,路面出現(xiàn)"彈簧"現(xiàn)象,這種狀況大部分出現(xiàn)在每年的2月底,嚴(yán)重阻礙交通,導(dǎo)致翻車(chē)、阻車(chē),給公路運(yùn)輸造成的危害很大。
6. The formation of Highway Subgrade Frost Boiling is due to the fact that most of the highways are built in the farmland area near the rural areas and regimental farms, that is, the highways that do not rely on farmland. The farmland irrigation infiltrates into the base of the road in winter, and with the rise of capillary water, the subgrade soil layer is saturated and frozen. When the spring thaws, the water in the subgrade soil layer is dissolved from top to bottom, and the dissolved water continues to penetrate downward. If the subgrade soil layer is a material with good water permeability, it will not have a great impact on the pavement. However, in the saline alkali zone, if the material has poor water permeability, the pavement will appear "spring" phenomenon under repeated rolling, which mostly occurs in February every year At the end of the month, it seriously obstructs the traffic, leading to car overturning and blocking, causing great harm to highway transportation.
