液體撒布車對(duì)于融雪的處理

液體融雪劑撒布的重要方法是通過灑水車或液體撒布機(jī)進(jìn)行噴灑，但實(shí)際使用過程中碰到了諸多問題。

1.噴灑劑量無法準(zhǔn)確控制。
1. The spraying dose cannot be accurately controlled.
2.由于路況復(fù)雜，車輛需要走走停停，司機(jī)需要頻繁開關(guān)噴灑，影響行車。

針對(duì)這些疑難問題，我司與美國(guó)道格拉斯經(jīng)合力研發(fā)出一款新型智能液體撒布設(shè)備---液體撒布車，具體方案如下。
To solve these difficult problems, our company and Douglas of the United States jointly developed a new intelligent liquid distribution equipment - liquid distributor. The specific solutions are as follows.
1.采用RoadMaster控制器+PWM閥，通過脈寬調(diào)制控制液壓馬達(dá)轉(zhuǎn)速達(dá)到準(zhǔn)確控制噴灑劑量的目的。
1. Roadmaster controller + PWM valve is adopted to control the speed of hydraulic motor through pulse width modulation to accurately control the spraying dose.
2.采用GPS模塊輸出車速信號(hào)控制PWM閥的啟停。
2. Use GPS module to output vehicle speed signal to control the start and stop of PWM valve.
3.加裝一套內(nèi)循環(huán)管路，將底層液體抽出從頂部注入進(jìn)行循環(huán)。
3. Add a set of internal circulation pipeline to extract the bottom liquid and inject it from the top for circulation.
4.采用GPS模塊輸出車速信號(hào)通過RoadMaster控制器實(shí)時(shí)控制PWM閥開度實(shí)現(xiàn)定量噴灑。
