應(yīng)在施工前做好施工放樣?；謴?fù)中線時，直線段每15~20m設(shè)一樁，曲線段每10~15m設(shè)一樁，并在兩邊路肩邊沿外設(shè)指示樁，在指示樁上用顯著符號標(biāo)出邊沿的計劃高掛基準(zhǔn)線。

Construction setting out shall be done before construction. 拌和與運送

水泥安穩(wěn)碎石底底層選用會合拌制，拌和站設(shè)在百丈互通轉(zhuǎn)盤內(nèi)的空地上。拌和前應(yīng)測定各種規(guī)格的含水量，根據(jù)含水量天氣情況和運距的長度調(diào)整用水量，保證混合料的含水量均勻適宜。夏日施工時可先對碎石進(jìn)行灑水濕潤。含水量要比含水量大1.0%，使混合料運到鋪筑地段，攤鋪后在碾壓時的含水量不小于值?；覄┝堪凑諛?biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)則的檢測頻率和方法進(jìn)行，灰劑量缺乏時要及時加灰，保證灰劑量按大于協(xié)作比0.5％控制并符合技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)需要，及時取樣進(jìn)行試件成型

在施工水穩(wěn)層前在硬路肩及沒有計劃路緣石的部位行側(cè)模板支立，防止水穩(wěn)層澆筑施工時水穩(wěn)層澆筑出計劃邊線。側(cè)模支立時要行立模放樣，模板加固后進(jìn)行校模驗?zāi)?。供認(rèn)模板符合計劃需要并經(jīng)監(jiān)理工程師認(rèn)可，答應(yīng)進(jìn)行水穩(wěn)層澆筑后方可進(jìn)行水穩(wěn)層澆筑施工

攤鋪

在水穩(wěn)層正式開工之前，應(yīng)在監(jiān)理工程師贊同的地址鋪筑長度為100~200米的試驗路段。在鋪筑試驗路段的過程中，應(yīng)設(shè)專人掛線量測，做好調(diào)查和記載，研討發(fā)現(xiàn)的各種疑問。試驗路段應(yīng)在監(jiān)理工程師的監(jiān)督下進(jìn)行，假設(shè)試驗路段經(jīng)監(jiān)理工程師贊同查驗，可作為耐久工程的一有些。如試驗段任何有些不合格，則將該有些挖除，再進(jìn)行試驗段的試驗抵達(dá)復(fù)合需要的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)中止

現(xiàn)場攤鋪選用兩臺攤鋪機(jī)階梯式聯(lián)合攤鋪工作，攤鋪機(jī)前后相距5~10m，攤鋪速度5km/h。攤鋪過程中應(yīng)根據(jù)拌和才干和運送才干判定攤鋪速度，防止攤鋪機(jī)停機(jī)待料的情況。

碾壓

Rolling

（1）在攤鋪修整后立即用壓路機(jī)跟在攤鋪機(jī)后在全寬范圍內(nèi)進(jìn)行碾壓。按靜碾－弱振－強(qiáng)震－靜碾的程序進(jìn)行碾壓施工，碾壓施工過程中壓路機(jī)行進(jìn)速度控制在1.5km/h～
